Q:What is this games strong point?
A:One of the things different from other games is the action since all of the mechanics in the games is based on flying. Also the gunner aspect, which is the friend in-game who you carry around to soot the enemies is new and interesting as well. The games soundtrack and pixel art is amazing as well.
Q:Were there any difficulties when making this game?
A:Since the game took 9 years to make, we almost gave up on making the game. Its really hard to keep motivation when you have no budget. The time it took to release this game was soul-crushing.
Q:What do you think is the virtue of indie games?
A:People make games for the love of it and get to explore with ideas big companies wouldn’t take the risks on. Therefore you get a lot of better variety and all sorts of interesting stuff with indie games.
Q:Can you tell us about your future activities?
A:Though OwlBoy was released, there still is a lot to do with the game such as translation. Probably by the end of this year we will have an idea on our next game.
